The SEAL USA combines a U.S.-made case with a Kobold in-house movement featuring U.S.-made components such as an automatic winding rotor. Crafted from surgical-grade stainless steel, the U.S.-made case of this solid wrist instrument is rated water resistant to a depth of 3,300 feet (1,000 meters), making it the first professional-grade Kobold watch to feature a case entirely made in the United States.

An extra-thick domed sapphire crystal protects the matte-finish Deep Black dial, which has been treated with an anti-U.V. solution that prevents fading and ensures that this watch will look good for years. The watch is powered by a so-called manufacture movement, caliber K.2651. This in-house movement is based on a vintage new-old-stock German-made movement dating back to the 1960s which has been updated extensively by Kobold using U.S.-made components.

Like all Kobold watches that consist mainly of U.S.-made components, the SEAL USA is covered by a 5-year warranty against material defects and faulty craftsmanship.
