Like its name indicates, the Polar Surveyor Avantgarde is a stylish interpretation of Kobold's tried-and-tested chronograph for explorers. The unusual combination of aerospace-grade titanium -polished to a high-gloss finish- combined with black PVD-coated lug bar screws, chronograph push buttons, and winding crown, give this latest addition to the Polar Surveyor family a unique look.
The monochromatic colour scheme of alternately black and polished surfaces is continued throughout the watch, for example on the bezel. Similarly, the black matte-finished dial contrasts with its glossy Arabic numerals and hands, while the black PVD-coated winding rotor keeps the watch running.
The Polar Surveyor Avantgarde is limited to only 50 pieces. It comes on a Soarway bracelet in polished titanium, which includes a patented screw-locked system. The watch arrives in a Kobold wooden collector’s box with room for two extra timepieces and a hidden compartment for accessories.
