As the world's first Internet-based watch company, Kobold is a trailblazer in both customer service and technology. The most frequent question we receive from prospective clients is "How do I buy a watch that I haven't seen or worn?" Although more than 70% of our orders are placed online, we understand that not everyone is comfortable using the Internet to buy a product, much less one costing thousands of dollars. We therefore offer multiple ways to purchase a Kobold timepiece. In addition, we offer a no-nonsense return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Contact us by email or telephone with any questions you have; we are happy to help. No question is irrelevant and we will make sure to address every one of your questions.

2. Order your Kobold either by clicking the "Buy This Watch" button on the relevant page of this website or by phoning us. You can also fax us your order using a fax order form. Your watch will be shipped to arrive the next business day (if in stock).

3. Inspect your watch for a period of up to ten (10) days starting from the day of receipt.*

4. Enjoy your new Kobold watch with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your Kobold is warranted against material and manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase and that our competent customer service team is happy to assist you regardless of when your purchase was made.

* If you find that you don't like your Kobold watch for any reason (for example because it is too heavy or too large), simply return the watch to us in its original condition. We will refund your money immediately after restocking the watch. Shipping fees are excluded from this return policy. Please return the watch to:

Kobold Watch Co.
1801 Parkway View Drive
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15205
U.S.A.

Exclusions: Please note that custom special-order watches are not returnable. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be charged for orders of out-of-stock items if the client chooses to be placed on a waitlist for that item. Pre-orders for watches sold at introductory low prices are subject to a non-refunable deposit of 20% to protect Kobold from phantom orders.
